Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Who we are
Ready to Teach Spanish is a service provided by Francisco Javier Sibaja Gálvez Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU.
For anything to do with these terms, write to hola@readytoteachspanish.co.uk.
By creating an account or taking out a subscription you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What you are buying
A subscription gives you twelve months of access to the Ready to Teach Spanish lesson bank: 112 Spanish lessons for Years 7 to 11, each with its lesson view, its printable student sheet and its teacher answer sheet.
There is one product at one price. There are no plans, no tiers and no cut-down versions.
The service is written for teachers in UK schools. We do not collect any pupil data, and the product has no tracking, online homework or class management features.
3. Price and payment
The price is £49 a year. It includes any tax that applies.
Payment is by card through Stripe. We never store your card details at any point; Stripe processes them directly.
Only UK billing addresses are accepted.
4. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically every twelve months, at the price in force at the time of renewal, unless you cancel first.
We will email you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time from My account. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
If the price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your renewal, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.
5. Your account and who may use it
A subscription covers use within one school. Within that school we do not count teachers and we do not ask you to. If you buy a subscription and your department uses it, that is within these terms.
What a subscription does not cover is access from outside your school: another school, another trust, a group of schools, or people who are not teaching at your school.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used it without your permission.
If a group of schools or a trust wants access, write to hola@readytoteachspanish.co.uk and we will agree terms.
6. What you may do with the materials
With an active subscription you may:
- project the lessons in your lessons;
- print and photocopy the student sheets for the pupils you teach;
- download and keep copies for your own teaching;
- adapt the materials for your own classes;
- share access with colleagues teaching at your school.
7. What you may not do
You may not:
- give access to anyone outside your school;
- upload the lessons, the printable sheets or any part of them to resource repositories, sharing platforms, social media, publicly accessible shared drives, or anywhere else third parties can download them from;
- sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the materials;
- use the materials to create a competing product.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, the activities, the lesson structure, the printable sheets and the site itself belong to Francisco Javier Sibaja Gálvez and are protected by intellectual property law.
A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them on the terms in sections 5, 6 and 7. It transfers ownership of nothing.
9. Availability of the service
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or free of errors. There may be interruptions for maintenance, for technical faults, or for reasons outside our control.
We may add, correct or change lessons and features. We will not substantially reduce what is offered during a period you have already paid for.
10. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel your account if you seriously breach these terms, in particular by redistributing the materials or by giving access to people outside your school.
If we do, we will tell you and explain why. If a suspension turns out not to have been justified, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Beyond those cases, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous twelve months.
The service is supporting teaching material. You, as a professional, decide what is taught in your classroom and answer to your school for that decision.
12. Personal data
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy policy.
In short: we collect your name and your email address to give you access to the service, and we do not collect pupil data.
13. Cancellation rights and refunds
As a consumer you normally have fourteen days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right is lost if you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the right, which is what you are asked to tick at the point of payment.
The full position, including the refunds we offer voluntarily, is in the Refund policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is substantial, we will email you before it applies. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
